Terms of Use

The app

AI Light Board: LED Sign turns your iPhone or iPad screen into a dot-matrix lamp. You describe what you want shown; an AI model writes a small display script and the app runs it on your device. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own, under Apple's standard terms for App Store apps.

What you create

The artworks you make are yours. They are stored on your device, and we claim no ownership over them or over the text you type to produce them.

AI output is not guaranteed to be correct, original, or fit for any particular purpose. A generated script may fail to run — when that happens the creation is not counted against your allowance.

Acceptable use

Use the app for lawful purposes. Do not use it to produce content that is illegal, that harasses or defames someone, or that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to extract credentials from the app, resell access to the AI feature, or automate it at a scale that degrades the service for others. We may block access that does these things.

Plans and payment

Free creations are granted once per device. Beyond that, creating requires a plan:

• Basic — a monthly subscription including a fixed number of creations per billing period.
• Unlimited — a monthly subscription with no fixed limit, subject to a fair-use ceiling that exists to stop automated abuse.
• Credit pack — a one-time purchase of a fixed number of creations that do not expire.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled at any time in your device's Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Unused subscription creations do not roll over. Credit pack balances do not expire but, being a consumable purchase, cannot be restored through "Restore Purchases" — they follow the anonymous identifier described in the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, not by us — request one through your Apple Account purchase history. We can adjust your creation balance if something on our side went wrong; write to us and we will look at it.

Availability

Playing artworks you already saved works offline and does not depend on us. Creating new ones needs our server and a third-party AI model, and those can be slow, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue the AI feature — if we discontinue it while you hold an active subscription, you can cancel and Apple's refund policy applies.

No warranty and limits

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
